Unsupervised Machine Learning on Illicit Trade Activity¶
This project works with the latest estimates of trade-based illicit financial flows produced by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA). I developed those estimates with my colleagues Gamal Ibrahim and William Davis.
